The Grand Masters Awards, which were held in October, are conducted by Delfin Lend Lease to recognise excellence in building nationally. Mawson Lakes, a project that figured prominently, took out two of the five national awards.
The 'Soraya', impressed the judges with its simple, effective design.
"It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into this home, with high attention to detail and smart use of products such as glass to internal doors and bamboo fencing," the judges said.
The 'Soraya' also received regional awards for Best Villa display Home, Best Overall Display Home and Sustainability Excellence.
The judges were pleased with Serenity Homes serious approach to sustainable building and incorporation of sustainable fixtures and fittings.
PGH State Sales Manager, Bruno Albanese, said "it is great to see recognition going to Serenity Homes, and we are thrilled to have one of our new products being used on the home."
The 'Soraya' is available to view at Gomera Street, The Bridges of Mawson Lakes.
